PAPYRUS is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide.
PAPYRUS offer help and support for people up to the age of 35 with suicidal thoughts and feelings.

Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout Great Britain and Ireland.
They offer 24 hour support each day for people who are lonely, desperate, or struggling in search of compassion and support.

The National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK is a helpline offering a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide.
Their helpline volunteers are empathic and non-judgemental, providing a space and time for you to talk about how you’re feeling or somebody close to you.

Our situation and environment can often have the largest impact on our mental health, in some situations such as being subjected to a criminal act like physical assault or rape, counselling may not be the first support you need. If you feel that a recent event, the situation you are in, or the place you are living is having the most significant impact on your well-being you may wish to consider these links to support services. These links can help in situations such as domestic abuse, financial issues, and housing insecurity.
Citizens advice give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
